Fitness gave me confidence I didn't have before — the kind that shows up in how you carry yourself, not just how you look. It gave me structure on days that used to feel unmanageable. It made me happier, more grounded, and more myself than I'd ever been.
None of that happened because I already knew what I was doing. I didn't. I started as a beginner, unsure of what to do or whether I was doing it right — the exact place so many of the women I coach are starting from now.
